You know those weddings that you can’t seem to stop talking about weeks after they’d passed? This is one of those. I kicked off my wedding season as an associate for Dani Stephenson Weddings by traveling to Eckers Apple Farm to celebrate Jessica and Bill. This working apple farm only takes on four weddings a year, making the day feel more intimate than it already did. What I loved most about this wedding was Bill and Jessica’s ability to make the day their own in every way possible. They surrounded themselves with their closest friends and family, exchanged vows in the heart of the orchard with bluffs as the backdrop, and made sure their favorite reggae and folk music could be heard throughout the orchard at any point in the day as their guests sipped on craft beer. As the sun dropped below the bluffs, these two and their guests danced the night away (in their Converse shoes) under cafe lights to a live band. This couple, this venue, these people, and this day was perfect in every way. Wishing you both the very best!
