Meet Mackenzie. She is someone that I can relate to on so many levels (except her fashion sense is far superior, of course!). Mackenzie is a Midwest girl with a lust for travel and adventure of all sizes. I’m not talking about heading up north on the weekends or running off to spring break with her friends. Mackenzie often travels state to state and country to country seeking adventures that most twenty-somethings would only dream of (ah-hem, like me). The best part? She documents her amazing experiences on a travel blog she created: Here + There (http://www.herethereblog.com). I have no shame in admitting that I will, from this point on, vicariously live through her blog posts!

I recently met Mackenzie at a local Rising Tide Society meeting (a networking group for local creatives) and when she contacted me about doing a portrait session, I knew the fit was right. We met in Stevens Point at a local park and started the session among greenery and glowing sunshine. We made our way to downtown locations (both in Stevens Point and Marshfield) where we found hidden gems and showcased Mackenzie’s amazing and unique sense of style.
