This wedding was the most perfect way to wrap up my 2019 season – or any season for that matter.
Emily + Dustin married at Sugarland Barn in Arena, Wisconsin on a crisp October afternoon. The kind of afternoon that warranted guests mingling over hot apple cider + cozy blankets pre-ceremony. The kind of wedding with jewel-toned florals, mismatched bridesmaids dresses (with a little velvet in the mix), cozy flannel touches, and a rustic backdrop. All the touches that came together to create a day filled with warmth and ease. None of which went unnoticed by Dustin – he gave an impromptu speech thanking Emily for her hard work to create such a beautiful day for them both. The most genuine toast that left more than a few people dabbing tears away.
One look at at these two and you can tell they are genuine through and through. The type of couple and love that anyone can stand behind with confidence. I couldn’t have been more grateful to spend hours by their side documenting it. And honestly a little bit sad to see it all come to an end – hoping our paths cross in the future! Best wishes to you both, Emily + Dustin!
